Career coaching is designed for individuals and leaders who desire to make a career change, become promoted, move within a firm, or deeply explore what they really love to do and how to make a career out of it. This coaching is a 6-month engagement and involves a number of assessments and exercises that provide a variety of perspectives and lenses to better understand desired vocations, strengths, needs, and personal values. You will discover the roles and environments best suited for you, based on the assessments, exercises, and coaching conversations. This will be put into the context of long-term goals so that what you do today will directly apply to what you want to do in the future.
Performance coaching targets specific areas of professional development, such as communication, setting strategic direction, performance goal setting, performance feedback, time management, and influencing. Improvements from performance coaching are observable and measurable. Performance coaching is often used as a supplement to Leader Development coaching, which is more comprehensive in scope. Engagements may be as short as 3 months or as long as 6 months.
