A master coach and organizational psychologist, Michael combines rigorous assessment methodology with deep coaching expertise at the C-suite level. His work has helped executives at PE-backed portfolio companies and Fortune 500 enterprises make better leadership decisions, particularly at moments of succession, post-M&A integration, and strategic inflection.
Thomas builds the systems behind every Arcadia engagement: Arcadia Insight, the assessment tooling, the secure infrastructure that handles sensitive executive data. Computer Science out of Virginia Tech; prior work in DoD and federal technology environments where the security bar starts high and goes higher.
Connor designs the pattern analysis that sits behind every assessment, drawing on the engagement history our coaches reference. Computational Modeling and Data Analytics out of Virginia Tech; the kind of engineer who understands that the model is easy and the data discipline is the hard part.
Daniel owns Arcadia's AI features end to end, from client requirements through implementation and the iteration that follows launch. Computer Science out of Virginia Tech, with prior AI/ML and cyber engineering work for a major defense contractor, and works across both product direction and hands-on engineering.
